My wife and I are relocating to Atlanta from Miami, Florida. We are new to the area and on one of our walks, we happened upon an "Open House". Even though it was not the house for us we meet Benjamin Heidenreich there, instantly we knew that he was the Realtor® for us. The next day we met and went over the wants and needs for a new house in Atlanta. I had to return to Miami and via email, photos, and video mail, Ben previewed many, many houses for us. I would travel up every week and we would see the cream of the crop. Every time we saw houses our wants and needs would change (about 5 times. LOL) but Ben was right there to preview houses that met our new wants. Ben never made us feel that we were a bother to him, even after a 100 phone calls, never pressured us to pick a house, and after a few months, while I was in Miami, he took my wife to a house that she walked into, she called me on the phone and stated " I am standing in our new house! Ben Heidenreich is a loyal and hard-working real estate with high integrity. You learn a lot about someone when they are faced with adversity as Ben was when he was the listing agent on my house in the spring of 2019. During this time, I signed a contract with a buyer who went off the rails and refused to comply with almost all provisions of the contract. Ben and I were shocked at the lack of good faith and integrity of this buyer. While the contract never closed, Ben was successful in recovering 100% of my interest money. Ben supported me throughout the entire process. He put pressure on the attorney and others—even risking relationships I knew were important to him in order to do the right thing. He even waited at the attorney’s office one day until he was able to meet with him face-to-face. After reading the other reviews, I see one of them mentioned they met Ben at an 'open house'. I just want to add that is how I met Ben also. I stumbled into an open house one afternoon just looking at homes out of my price range. I had a great feeling about Ben from that 1st meeting. He was interested in talking to me about what my needs were and about the Atlanta market. I had tried to sell my home to the owner, but with no exposure and no real plan. The 1st thing Ben said when entering my home was 'I can sell your house, Mary". And that is exactly what he did, and very quickly! I was not always sure about the move I was embarking on, but he was always willing to listen, chat, and be ready to change course as I did on occasion! He's brilliant, smart, honest, and kind. And that is why I am using him again for my new home search adventure! I would definitely recommend Ben to anyone buying or selling a home!

Ben represented us during the purchase of our home and we literally can not say enough good things about him! Ben is high-energy and very professional. Ben was always thinking ahead and clearly understood what was most important to us. Ben understood that my wife and I have very demanding schedules and he was always willing to work around our hectic schedules with late-night calls. As simple as this seems, when we scheduled a time to see a house, Ben arrived in sufficient time ahead of us to walk through the house, turn on lights, know the layout and help us maximize our time during our search. Ben is the best! We had thought we could sell this place on our own but got lots of calls from Realtors® that basically told us we were idiots. Ben called, offered some great helpful information on some of the nuances of selling our condo, and we decided to give him a try. He got us a full-price contract in less than 48 hours! Some minor glitches with the Home Owners group and Ben jumped right in and got all issues resolved. It was the most painless experience ever. Ben returned every email and every call immediately which is a rarity these days. I cannot recommend him highly enough. They need more than 5 stars!

Over the past few years, I have worked with Ben across six transactions - 2 purchases, 3 leases (as the landlord), and 1 sale - and in every case, I feel he represented us to achieve the desired outcome. His knowledge of the constantly changing state of the market helps us educate and keep our expectations realistic.
